Scope of Work

- Remove existing down to concrete deck (Concrete deck very wet)
- Dry concrete/Prime with CAV Grip
- Adhere 2 layers of 2.6" ISO using FAST adhesive (6" field/6" perimeter)
- Adhere 1/2" crickets between the drains using FAST adhesive
- Adhere 60 mil EPDM using CAV GRIP
- New slip flashing at penthouse rising wall
- New slip flashing at perimeter coping
- 20 year flashing details
